if i want to do a b list, do i get two different invites made up with different rsvp dates? i have no idea how this works.

i think you could either do the 2 dates, or you could send out the a list a bit earlier than the b list

i think you keep the same rsvp date....you just send the a list earlier. so for example a list you send out 8 weeks in advance...b list 6 weeks or something like that.

my concern with that is that a bunch of people would wait till the rsvp date to send in their responses so i wouldnt know until too late...?

You are going to have to call them. You give them a 5 day time span.
Like your rsvp is april 5. You give them until April 10th, and if don't hear from them, you call them. April 10th you send out the next bunch.
This is if you are doing 2 sep. rsvp dates.
