The swan club says the room holds 230 but when we saw it set up for 200 that already looked tight. We were shure a bunch of out of towners wouldn't come but most of them are comming. We invited 238 & were hoping for 200 to attend but so far 35 responded yes (make that 37 including the rude people who RSVP'd with an uninvited guest) Now I'm worried. Some people will probably say no right?
p.s: i called anyone who responded with an 'un-invited guest' and told them i was sorry but that their 'guest' couldn't come. get on it! especially if ur numbers going to be high...I explained that i had family members i didn't even invite with guests because of our #'s, and that in the end if there was room i'd let them know if they could bring someone. uuuuugh i hate nervey people!!!
Most of the responses that come in quick are yes's - the people who know they are coming and you know are coming. We invited 220 and so far have 100 yes's and only 3 no's! My room holds more than that, but we can't afford all these people!!! The no's will come (I hope!)
Thanks, I needed to hear that. I know it will all work out. Worse comes to worse they will be squished and I guess I can't stress out over it
Don't worry, people will definitely start saying no. We invited 220, and 177 responded that they were coming. We didn't get most of the 'no' responses until the end.
im sure it'll balance out.. i agree with the no rsvps coming at the end.. thats what happened for our engagement party!
