I'm only inviting certain people to my wedding, what should I say on the invites to the guest I'm just inviting to the reception dinner?!

I'm slightly confused at your question lol... are you sending invites to families for the ceremony, and then only inviting certain family members to just the reception?

If that is the case, then some of invites would just have the invite in it (which should just have the church info). Then, you would send invites WITH the reception card and RSVP card to all those other people who would be invited to the reception.

We're getting married outside of our reception place!! I'm only inviting 50 ppl to the wedding and the rest of the people to the reception which will be after the wedding! Now how should I word it?! 'Please join us at our reception?!'

ooo- so you have alot invited to the reception, and only a few to the ceremony? Then just send an invite saying you are invited to the wedding of ____ and ____ form 7pm-12am or however long the reception is. That way, they would never even know that there was a ceremony! haha
