invitiation wording help

I need help with what gets capitalized... I've tried to look online and they give word etiquette, but don't really get into the capitalization issue.

if we're saying:

'on Thursday, the twenty-second of June
Two thousand and six
at half after six in the evening'

'Reception Immediately Following'

Do I have it right? Thanks!

For anyone who is also printing 'reception immediately following' on their invites, I just learned that only the 'R' should be capitalized!
