I'm inviting many coworkers to my wedding; where should I send the invite? To the office or to their homes?

OK.. I have a question.. I'm going to invite the president, and executive staff. How do i ask THEM for their HOME address???

I agree to send them to the home.. but how do i do this??

Btw, why does it have to be sent to home?
is it an ettiq. thing?
how about the rsvp cards? can they give it to me at work or sent to my home?
