My cousin is 'separated' his 'wife' is around my age and we kinda hang out once in a while., when they got separated , she told me 'no matter waht I want us to be friends'
Do I invite her? And if I do, should I talk to my cousin and his mom....eakkkkkkkkk
ughhhhhhh anyone else have this situation.

Re: Inviting divorced couples
That is tough... I say talk to your cousin and see how he feels, if he agrees to it, then I say invite her, but if he is uncomfortable, I say don't. Your loyalty should be with your family.

I think you should invite her and just sit her at another table. I am inviting my uncle and his ex-wife but sitting them far away from each other, lol

my FH's cousin is separated too, and we both thought it was going to be soo hard to not invite her, but then when his family thru us an engagement party and she was there we figure we're aloud to now, or so I hope lol ... But if I were you I would defiantly talk to your cousin about it.. even if your friends with her I think she would understand that weddings are a family thing, so if they don't want her there, it may be a good thing to not invite her IMO

Re: Inviting divorced couples
if she's a friend of yours, you should definitely invite her. there will be tons of other people there, chances of them talking are probably slim. the only thing i would be concerned about is if one brings a date and the other one doesn't that may be awkward how long have they been separated?
