I was wondering about this too, but with my own mom. I want a low key, maybe the vineyards, party. I know my mom would want to come, so I think I will invite them both.

AAAAAAHHHHHHHH.... even the thought! We're seeing naked boys singing, the play off broadway. Its full nude men, and for someone who says that the privates are dirty, I don't see it happening. Unless shes really cool like my mom. My mom would go to a bachelorette party and have a ball. There are few MILs that I know that would be great. However not mine!

I disagree to a point!
I think it is very nice and thoughtful to have both Moms to attend DINNER!

Then after Dinner, they leave and you carry on and go elsewhere.

I am not inviting my mother or FMIL.
If you are inviting your mother, then FMIL could be invitied. I just think the bachelorette party is more for you and friends.
