My father says I should- and he's paying, so I'm going to...
Here's the question:
Do I have to send them individual invitations? For example- My cousin Lauren lives at home, doesn't have a steady boyfriend (and wil probably wind up bringing one of her girlfriends ) and I had her on the list with her family's invite.
So do I have to send another one to the house specifically for her and her guest?

I wouldnt waste another invite. If you alread wrote it out, maybe you can just tell your cousin if she would like to bring someone she may! If you didnt just put it on the same one!

I only sent individual invites to my cousins who were out of high school.

Me too, put them all under 21 on the same invite. On the inner envelope you could specify (Aunt Donna, Uncle Pete, Lauren, Katie and Guest) You could even do a separate response card I guess

Ugh, I have the same issue. I have 10 teenage cousins and then a few that are around the 20 age range....luckily they're not all in relationships but I know a few of them are. I'm only inviting them with a guest if they're dating someone for awhile and giving the option to the oldest ones first...working my way down as I get nos. I really don't to spend $$$ on a 16-year-old girl I never met and will probably never meet again. But to answer the invite question...I'm sending ones to the family and then letting them know if they can bring someone.

I would definately not send another invite. Even though your dad said to invite her with a date I feel if she does not have a steady boyfriend there really is kind of no reason to bring a friend?

Guess I'm the only one - but I would DEFINITELY send a separate invite.... I don't know how your response card looks but what if she DOES bring someone.....are they going to write out mr. & mrs. so and so and Cousins name and guests name....
that's alot for one response card if they are invited with a guest they deserve their own invite
just my opinion

I guess I'm the odd man out.
I have the same situation. My cousin will be 2 months shy of 18 at the time of the wedding (she is also one of my BM)
We are sending her a separate invite and inviting with a guest. She was really the only case we had like this. All of our other cousins are really little or over 21. We figured b/c it was just the one and putting her on the invite with her parents and a guest would be too complicated - so she got her own invite.

I invites two of my teenage cousins with guests and, yes, I did send out individual invitations to each even though they still live at home. I think it's the right thing to do.
