Inviting the judge?

Hi,

I assume that in proper ettiquite that I must invite the judge that is marrying us to the reception...

How do I address the invitation -

Judge Joe Smith and ??

I dont know if the guy is married or ??? (I assume so, but I'm not sure)

How do I address the inner and outer envelopes?
