IOTD - Thursday!
Today's Idiot - Property lawyers!
So, everyone is all set to close today. Parents are on their way to the closing when we get a call from our lawyer, 'there's a problem I need to talk w/ your parents'
I don't have their cell numbers, but luckily I find my step-dad's palm pilot and find the number...
My parents just came in, no go. The lawyers of the guy who's buying the house from the people who are buying our house (yeah, confusing), screwed up with the paperwork, so now we can't close until next wednesday, at earliest.
