This may sound like stupid question but does anyone know how to transfer songs from ITunes to an IPod?
I just purchased a nano and can't figure it out and my DH is no help because he's so into his video game

Re: IPod Question
You have to use the USB cable that comes with it and plug in your ipod. It will download/update your ipod.

Re: IPod Question
open the itunes program, plug in the ipod into the computer at which point it should add a line on the left under 'Sources' that says so and so's Ipod, and then just click and drag the songs from your 'library' (also under the Sources menu) into where it says your ipods name. i hope this makes sense, it's harder to explain than i thought but if you have any questions feel free to FM me!

Re: IPod Question
ok, it says by default, ipod updates automaticaly when you connect it to your computer. Itunes updates the ipod library to match teh sonds and playlists in your computers music library, transfering new songs to ipod and deleting songs from the ipod that aren't in your music library. You can also transfer the songs maually, so you can transfer individual songs. I think this option is export and check off the songs you want to manually add to your ipod.. hope this helps!

Yes, the default setting is automatic update by plugging the cable.
