FH and I are considering going there for HM. We know nothing about it other than we think we want to stay in some old castles. Any comments, tips, ideas? Thanks!

FH is from there so I have been back with him and i loved it. it's so peaceful and beautiful. definitely do the ring of kerry. we spent two weeks in kerry and exploring the area around it and then some time in dublin, which was also great. from what i understand, alot of ireland looks the same so no need to run around to all the counties. instead, focus on one or two (like kerry and dublin) and really get to know them. it is lovely and relaxing driving around and taking in all the great views of the ocean, cliffs and green green green. nice people and food is way better than people say it is!! :)

FH and I went there 2 years ago and loved it!!!!!!!! we were in the shannon area we got really lucky there was hardly any rain it rained our first and last day! we loved it!!! we didnt get to do alot since we only had a week and didnt wanna waste time traveling all over. so we made so with what we could! It was really beautiful tho!
