My bf is set on a honeymoon in Ireland. This is the only thing he is adament about, so I'm not stressing the issue, however, I'd really like to go to another place (not London).
Was considering a European cruise? Has anyone done a cruise in Europe? Where from?
Any ideas?

I might be mistaken but most European cruises are in the Med. region... Greece, Italy, etc.
Ireland is gorgeous. I haven't been back since 92 but I used to spend every summer there. My BF also honeymooned there. It's nice if you can stay in a castle in the south for a few nights.

There are some cruises that run in Northern Europe/Scandinavia. Take a look at www.vacationstogo.com to get an idea of some cruises.

We're taking a Mediterranean cruise but I'm assuming you mean a cruise at least in the relative area of Ireland. Celebrity has a 14 night Northern Europe cruise. The ports are
dover, england le havre (paris), france cork, ireland dublin, ireland belfast, northern ireland greenock (glasgow), scotland olden, norway geiranger, norway hellesylt, norway bergen, norway copenhagen, denmark copenhagen, denmark dover, england
ETA: Royal Caribbean has a similar one for 12 nights.
