Irish Claddah Basket

Hi Ladies; I found an Irish Claddah pillow for my rings. I can't find a basket with the claddah on it. Has anyone ever seen one or know where I can get one if so? Thanks

LOL :)

And before you respond to me, (AND LADIES WE ALL KNOW SHE WILL!) make sure you don't repeat the same blah you tell everyone else. HUGS, LI BRIDE.

where were you able to get a claddagh pillow for the rings? Sounds like something I might want to have. Thanks

If we aren't worth it than stop responding or do we have to go through all this again. Brides, if you do look at the old posts (and I urge you not to), you will see that Kate is not only the #1 posted bride but #1 in ALL of the tiffs that have occured in past month. She has driven away several people whose opinions were valued.

Also Kate, you are wrong, I remain anynonomous b/c I refuse to let my opinions about you reflect the opinions and experiences I share with other LI Brides.

Yes Elizabeth: I went into the Irish Store in Greenport and fell in love with everything in there. I found a beautiful ring pillow. It has lace trip, all white and on the pillow the claddah symbol with hands is embroidered in white. It's beautiful. Now I would love to find the matching basket or A basket with the claddah on the front. I forget the name of the store, but do you go out there at all. It's a nice ride out and they have beautiful wedding things too.

Hi Concetta!

Thanks for the info...who was your photographer from Fine Arts??? We were very impressed with what they showed us but were a little concerned with the video. They showed us a really outdated video and I am not sure what we will be getting. Did you use them for video also?

Hello... you might try calling Irish Elegance, it's a beautiful store in Smithtown. Maybe they can help. There's also another Irish store on Covert Avenue - it's either in New Hyde Park or Stewart Manor - that my fiance loves. Maybe directory assistance can give you the number...

Hi Kate, where did youfind the pillows. I think that is a great idea. oh I went with my daughter to hear the song May You ALways but it wasn't what she was looking for. The lady at the record store was great and let us listen to it so if we didnt like it we wouldn't waste the money.

After hearing all the bad information regarding different vendors, and even though it may not be great to hear, especially if it's your vendor getting bad mouthed, it has definetly made me and my fiance wiser and more careful in the wild world of wedding planning.

As for not revealing my name, I don't have to. In fact half the posts on this board are by screen names, and some who chose to posts under several names. Who cares. Is it the name that matters or the opinions we chose to share. What difference does it make if I reveal my name. We all do not know one another and I think Kate likes to make excuses and take the criticism off herself.

Thanks Kate- I'm glad you like it. I hope you find what you are looking for. If I find anymore- I'll let you know. Hugs, Stacy

My photographer is Chuck. I am getting the video through them. I wasnt concerned with the video. What I saw was not outdated. I actually thought it was the best video I saw out of all the other photographers/videographers I checked out. Maybe ask to see another sample of their videos. I was very impressed with it. We watched a short 10 minute version. Who did you meet with? I really liked the way they were flexible and I thought the packages included alot. Keep me posted!!

Hope this helps, Stephanie
