irish soda bread...

i dooo

3 cups flower
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking soda
3 level tsps of baking powder
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Mix ingredients until well blended
Put in a greased cake pan

bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned

Leave out for crisp crust or cover with towel for a softer crust
