I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but you could try calling Viking Cooking School in Garden City.
they only have small classes and it is like $110 pp. I came up with the idea of having one where the guests have to create something from the secret ingredient . I really think it would be fun but we would need a few ovens and stoves in one place. My mom said that it would be too crazy if we had 50 guests, but if everyone is put into teams. I dunno.
