You need to stand the ironing board up. Attach a rag mop to the back so that the mop part makes the hair. Tie an apron around the front. I think the one that I saw had wooden spoons(or whisks, spatulas etc) taped on for arms with oven mits over them for hands. The pockets of the apron were filled with gadgets. I can't remember what was used for the eyes and nose. Well, I hope this helps. Once you get started you'll probably think of more things to add.
