Sorry for all the questions today.. FH told me his mom looked at our registry and said she was 'disspointed' bc we didn't have enough stuff on it.

no, put it on the registry. you never know, someone will prob buy it. Our >$200 items were the first ones purchased... and some of them were engagement gifts!

i dont think so.. mine was like 400.. granted my mom ended up buying it for me along with the rest of my bedding, but i think 250 is fine regardless

Not at all... although I opted for the comforter rather than the duvet because FH has found a way to make the comforter inside the duvet all go to his side and I'm left shivering with what is essentially a sheet covering me.

Nope, I got my $250 duvet from someone as an engagement gift and they aren't even invited to wedding.
