Is a smaller size eternity band cheaper than a standard size?

I was just wondering since my ring size is 3.5 and the standard in the stores is about a seven, is an eternity band cheaper because I am technically getting half as many diamonds?

Should be..the less diamonds the lower the cost will be.

yes it should be less because they will be less diamonds
