Is AF coming early again? I need to vent..

I just need to vent. This is so frustrating. Last month AF was 4 days early. This month I feel like I am getting it today, which is 5 days earlier than I'm supposed to.

I am upset
I used to be 33 days like clockwork. Now that I'm really really TTC I'm all over the place.

Thanks for letting me vent a little.

That's exactly what my DH said to me the other day!
I couldn't figure out when I surged. The only good thing is that it's pretty obvious when I'm going to ovulate. So I looked at my ovulatoin calendar and listened to my body, and that's it. I'll try again next month - This time w/different sticks!!


This is what my Dh and I did - after months of using the op sticks - my Dr. told me to just start BDing every other day, starting 5 days after my AF - I thought he was crazy - because I ususally wasn't ovulating until day 15 - but I took his advice - (obviously my way wasn't working) and did it every other day for like 2 weeks! Now I am preggo.


Thats great that it worked for you. I guess next month Dh and I can try that!! He'll be happy


I know, it felt like a chore for a while there, but now looking back - worth it.

I think he's scared of me right now.

I wish TBAF would not show!!!

I got home from work tonight is a pretty bad mood...Im tired of commuting to the city (its been almost 8 years) and Im upset about feeling like TBAF coming. Then I saw DH used 1/2 my tank of gas (that I just filled up for $30 and didn't use any of) and I flipped...

oh, i so know how you feel....before ttc, i had the 'perfect' cycle - 28 days, ovulated on day 14.....i figured my body was made to conceive...

boy was i wrong.... ...as soon as i started to ttc, my cycle started to range from 26 to 31 days and god knows when i am ovulating every month - that ranges from day 13 to 18.....and i know all these changes have been brought on by me stressing about it. and to boot, the stress has also caused my skin to break out - i look like a 15 year olf kid with acne....

not as much fun as we thought it would be.

p.s. dh and i decided to go the 'every other day' route also this month...(once my cycle regulates)...we figure, we have better than a 50/50 chance that way.....we'll see.

Oh GOOD FOR YOU re: BD'ing every other day. That's what DH and I decided to do next month (because I really think TBAF will be here any minute).

Yeah I hear you about breaking out!! I look like I'm 13 with the acne! It's awful!! Plus my cycle is stressing me out so that is def not helping my skin (or anything else). Oh wait have I mentioned I am eating enough for 2 even though I'm not even PG and slowly but surely my clothes are all getting really realllllly small.... Too much and LOL

This morning DH woke up and said 'Happy St Patricks Day honey' with a big green bow around his chest. I was laughing because it was so cute and sweet and then he said 'I'm adorable' just craked me up, he is so good to me, even when I'm freaking out.

that is absolutely hysterical that he did that!!! he sounds like such a trip!

i feel so bad for my poor dh because i have been a semi-basket case myself since this ttc started. and i think i have turned him into one also...

we have both decided to try to calm down about it since the m/c...we are just going to try to take things in stride and not stress so much...i know, easier said than done!!

Yes, easier said than done, that's for sure.

We (well, mostly I) have to relax a little more too. It's so hard with 10 of my friends being PG (yes, 10) and now the baby showers are starting and everyone is asking us when WE will be PG.

It will happen, in time, for all of us, I know it will! Til then, thank God we have LIW TTC boards

PS - YES my DH is such a clown and I do think he is adorable! LOL

Hi Lora...So glad you're back! I was hoping you were MIA because you were busy buying maternity clothes.

Well, no AF today...I would have bet money that it was coming yesterday but not I dont feel that way. I don't know what is going on with me.

So there is still a small glimmer of hope for both of us!

I'm soooo glad you posted about the acne!! I am the same way!! I even just ordered ProActive because I can't get it under control.

And I'm gaining weight and moody and bloated, but definitely feeling TBAF coming. I keep talking to my uterus: 'You better get fertile soon so this is all worth while!'

It's insane. It's like I'm trying to will myself into pregnancy!! Like if I think about it hard enough it will happen.

I'm so glad we have each other as support!!

Me too!! We'll all be bloated, crabby and full of acne but we'll have each other!!
