using branch centerpieces??? My centerpieces are going to consist of branches, with orchids, and hanging tea lights. I used the pics below as inspiration. The picture with the deep pink/purple orchid is an actual picture of a quick sample our florist did for us.
Ok looks like I cant upload my florist pic, but I will see if I can add it to my album.
I am! Not sure exactly what I'm doing with them yet but they are perfect b/c I can make them before the wedding so all I have to worry about are bouquets and such that week. I have my sample pic in my DIY album

I love the branch look, but not for CPs. I think that its too barren. Our escort card tree is going to be a big Manzanita tree., but it will be full and lush. I believe we arranged to have orchids, hydrangeas, and roses on it.
I personally dislike the look of a branchy piece when its just that, branchy and not full. JMO.
Out of all those pictures, I like the second one.

Half our CPs will be cherry blossom branches with hanging votives. I love the look of branches with flowers! If they feel too barren you can always add flowers to the base (like a tree with flowers around it). I like the height variance around the room when you mix high and low, but I never liked any of the high CPs. And cherry blossoms are my FAVORITE!

They are mine as well!! But apparently there are no blooming branches in September . So my florist is going to replicate the appearance of a blooming branch.
