Is anyone...

having second thoughts on their headpiece or jewelry for the day of?
I know i don't post often- but i need your help. My mom bought me an absolutely beautiful headband from thomas knoell, and i might be having second thoughts about it. Originally i only wanted a comb, and kind of feel i was 'talked into' the headband by everyone (my mom and 2 best friends were there). Don't get me wrong i love it- but not sure how it will look with the type of hairstyle i want. Everyone assured me it would look great- but i've been up in the air. Any suggestions? The headband was very expensive- so i don't just want to not use it.
Plus- does anyone have pics of brides with their hair half up with a headband?
Thanks in advance!!

I keep having that problem where everyone is telling me how great this or that will look/be. If you're second-guessing it then you're not happy with it. I say go try some different styles on. Just because it would look good on you doesn't mean there's not something else you'd be happier with.

funny i was just thinking that the other day I randomly purchased a headband that looked nice in the store and also got my jewlery online (it hasnt come in yet) I started thinking to myself is this really what I want and even went online to check it out again - I think it is only in our nature to second guess ourselves because you want everything to look perfect- BTW your headband and earrings are very elegant I love them- the most important thing is do you feel comfortable and are the accessories you?

I just think it's in my nature to second guess everything!! I did it with my dress also! But now i am completely in love with my dress and wouldn't want to change it! My earrings i love, the headpiece i love too- but was watching a show last night and the bride had a beautiful comb on the side pulling part of her hair back and i thought it looked so elegant. Orginally thats what i wanted- so i think i'm just freaking out because i haven't had a trial yet to even see how the headband will look!! Sorry for venting!!!!!!!

The bottom line is you need to be comfortable in it. I'm sure either option would be gorgeous on you, but its how you feel that's going to make it most beautiful!

I'll keep an eye out for pics of a half up/down do w/ headband and will post for ya!
