Is anyone awake that can help?????

Im obsessed with silk box invites but they are way over my budget. I was thinking if I should do them instead of buying them. My wedding is in may. Do you think I will have time to make them?
Also I found a website that sale the boxes but I dont know if i should trust. Too good to be true $1.50 a box and is metallic so dont need to add the silk fabric if I dont want to......what do you think???

TIA.

You can always order a small amount and see if you like the quality of the boxes- you have pleanty of time to make your invites- you wouldn't need to send them out until March.

I agree. Order a small amount and try it.
I am doing the same for my favors.

Good luck. Let me know what you do.

u definitely have teh time to make them - even if you do a few each week so you dont have to do them all at once

Thanks for replying girls!!! I attempted to order 1 for a sample and just for 1 the shipping was $13.00 you imagine if I get 100 of them ???? so when I looked really well where they were shipping from it was from Australia!!! I guess I wont do them....I'm just really frustrated because I havent found any invitations that have the WOW factor and the ones I love are $25 each and I dont have a money tree in my backyard....

There is a company in Sayville...Sincerely Yours Invitations. I ordered my invites from them. I ordered 80 invites and they came to $700. They are the envelopments kind, where the envelope unfolds to the invite and they have little folder pockets for the RSVP's and Directions. The owner is named Tammy and she was really helpful.

Be careful ordering online. I found the most gorgeous invite online and couldn't wait to order them. Someone recommended that I get a sample. They turned out to be cheap cardstock and were so tacky. Get samples!
