Is anyone doing a grooms cake?

I would like to do one of possibly the family guy or something with the Philadelphia Eagles. How does this work? Do you give them a picture and they can it or do they paint it on with icing?

Thanks

I am getting a Yankees themed cake from Audrey's. I sent Thomas some pics and we came up with a design. He's great.

My FSIL's hall forgot to serve the groom's cake. It was on display and people liked it but she felt bad about it.
