are you handing out like a litle 'schedule' of what is going on the day of the wedding like the time the hair person is coming, make up, time the limos are coming to pick people up, etc....??
i'm curious of what info to put on there...
i was thinking of putting like a time line for the girls to come over for breakfast and mimosas then the time the hair and makeup people are coming, then the time the party bus is picking up the guys, then the time the photographer is coming, then the time the party bus comes to get us girls....
anything else i should put in there?
thanks!

Actually my aunt did this for my cousin's wedding and I thought it was great. They had a whole photo schedule, so everyone got the same paper saying like

Bridal party (ladies) arrives at church - 1:00
Bridal party (men) arrives at church - 1:30
Everyone gets ready, eats, make sure that you leave the church room how you found it

Bride and groom pictures - 2:00
Bridal party pictures - 2:30
and on and on

Then each person (who was responsible for doing something or being somewhere) was given their own little sheet that had what time they needed to be where and what all of their responsibilities were. Even if they were the most obvious of responsibilities it was on the paper.

I just thought it was great, because everyone knew the schedules, the timeline, where they had to be, and what was going on

DH and I did this, although we did it by e-mail. YES, please do this! You save yourselves and the bridal party tons of confusion by providing the info.

In my memo to them, I also included info on the stuff we personalized so they wouldn't be caught off guard the day of, like info on the processional music they would be walking down to (it was non-traditional classical music none of them had heard of).

Restating contact information for you, the groom, your DOC and directions to the ceremony and the venue wouldn't hurt either.

Yes. Definitely am doing that. I want everyone to be aware of what they need to be doing, particularly b/c we have time constraints.

I sure did!

It had a complete timeline and not just of the BP. It had every vendor, parent, bp- where they should be and what time.

I made one master list and handed it to everyone.

I am going to pat myself on the back a little- I didn't have one hic-up as far as time. Everything went very smoothly. Hope yours does too!

Based on a wedding I was in recently - I would include info about where you are taking the pictures - inside/outside.

This way if the weather isn't spectacular, people will know to bring a shawl/wrap, light jacket or something to wear in between the photos.
