I've been a vegetairan for 9 years now. vegetarian times has some great recipes and you can look them up online.
My favorites? Potat cheddar chowder herb foccacia spicy pumpkin flan!
of course it's all fattening!

Re: Is anyone else a new vegetarian
I have been a vegetarian for 15 yrs. I don't like the fake veggie meats much. I stick to the basics like Black Beans, Veggies and rice Oven Roasted Veggies and rice Grilled Portabella's with wilted spinach and couscous Grilled Veggies and hummus wrap Penne with a Roasted Veggie tomato cream sauce Miso Soup Tofu and shitake mushrooms in spicy black bean sauce Lentil Pie Pasta E Fagioli Spanakopita Gypsy Stew Over Couscous Vegetarian Jambalaya
If any of these sound goo feel free to fm me and I will get you the recipe. When I became a vegetarian I just experimented.
