Is anyone else an unemployed teacher?

Just wondering if I am the only unemployed elementary school teacher. I taught 2nd grade summer school but will only be subbing in September I am not too happy.

I am!! WooHoo!!!
I have some prospects though. I have an interview tomorrow with a private place and I got two other phone calls today for other private places. Things are looking up a bit!!

Me! I went for an interview at a private place and the first thing the principal asked me was, 'Are you are are you not independently wealthy because we pay $14,000 a year.' Eew! She then proceeded to tell me, 'I see you have experience with ... well, let's put it this way, do you have any experience with NORMAL students?' I said, 'Do you mean children without learning disabilities?' I almost cried. I'm going back into my old career until things start looking up.

Im also unemployed. I'm taking a preschoo position though. I subbed for the last two years and need a break.
