Tara..if you are that concerned, ask your banquet manager if provisions can be made, like applying the money per person you would be missing, to something else...like extra dishes at the cocktail hours..desserts, etc.

I mean that I will be under my minimum if I get just one more 'no' and I still have about 30 rsvps that are still out there.

I'm afraid I might be in your same situation, but of course I don't really know for sure because I haven't been able to get FH to sit down with me and do a detailed list of his side!
