Is anyone else having trouble with their BBB online registry???????????????????

One day I go on and XYZ is fulfilled....the next day it's not. I don't get why things bought are being 'unbought' the same night/next day or even two days later. Does this happen to anyone else??

I mean, let's say I went on your registry and bought something this second.....do you think I'd be able to return it via online and reverse my order within a day or two???

If it was purchased online I don't think it would have that kind of turn around. If it was bought in the store yes.

if you bought it online and then cancelled the order before it was sent, maybe it could be counted as an instantaneous return

K, makes sense. Is anyone else experiencing this though? I am just hoping that it's not something that's wrong and my guests are gonna get screwed!

not that i have notcied....maybe someone is playing a joke on you?? i have been on my registry a few times this week and had no problems....maybe its a glitch in the website. if i hear anything ill let u know

This happened to me a couple of times also. It said the comforter was purchased and the next day it said it wasn't. I haven't looked at my registry recently so Im not sure if it is still happening.

last month I had an issue because an item I received (TWICE) was marked off my registry right after they bought it and then I was randomly checking my registry and it was marked as not bought yet. I had to e-mail them to correct it.
