Paleeaase! For those of you who don't know Conigs as well as I do, don't let her fool you! She is a total health nut. She eats great, and works out, and that is why she looks fantastic!
The other night we went to the Ewind showcase, and I needed a snack to tie me over until dinner. We stop at a market to grab something, and she suggests the following: granola bar, fruit, yogurt. Ummm...fatty over here was thinking chips or candy bar! Needless to say, I went with a granola bar, and tied me over all night!
Sorry mama, had to sell you out, but thanks for putting me on the right path last week!

Lately, I've gone crazy with the snacking. I think it's just because of everything going on in my life. I need to regain control though, I already ordered my dress, and it better fit!
