Is anyone else hooked on American Idol?

I am so embarrassed to admit it, but I am totally hooked! When I first saw the commercials for it, I thought it was retarded, but I can't get enough of it. Anyone else?

Yes! and I am so glad that they finally voted Ryan Starr off. I didn't like her from day one. She was very pretty but her voice was not star material. I really want Justin to win. I think he has a great voice.

Someone is getting kicked out tonight. I think RJ (not sure his name) will be next followed by Nicky. I think it will end up between Justin and Tamyra.

lol sad to admit but me and fh are hooked as well! We are both going for Kelly... she's seems so sweet and has an amazing voice and personality!

Yes, I am totally addicted. I think Kelly should be the one to win. RJ no, Nikki no...I love Justin too but it seems like his voice belongs on Broadway, Tamyra has a beautiful voice and so does Christina but I vote for Kelly to win!!!

I thought we were the only couple that watched that show! Did you guys vote last night? Yes I will admit it we have voted except for last night. We had company.
The worst part for me is I like them all. They all have something different about them. But after this show is over I am sure each and eveyrone that is remaining will end up with sometime of record deal or broadway line up. They all deserve it. Except my favorites are Tamyra, Justin (even after his little cocky episode) and Kelly. Christina too but something about her, I don't now what it is. Oh and is she engaged? Anyone know? I thought I saw a ring on her finger!!

My FH and I are hooked on it also, I always get him to watch all these corny shows. I really want Kelly to win even though Tamyra is really good also. I can't stand Justin, I don't think he should win. Yes, Christina is engaged, Simon was really dissappointed by this.

That's so funny all of you are addicted too. We totally thought it was so stupid but then we started watching and now can't stop. We always try to make any calls we have to make early so it won't interfere.
I think Kelly should win. She's amazing. We really like Nicky though, although I don't think she has a chance. I think part of the reason we want her to keep going on is just cause Simon is so nasty about her.

YES, she has that twill in her voice but it has gotten better. Can someone tell me what was up with Nikki and her winking her right eye all night? That was SO ANNOYING! I hope she had something in it!

Whew, I am glad that I am not alone! I noticed the winking, too. I think it must be a nervous tick or something. It looked much more like a twitch after a while.

Funny thing - after I posted this I left the office to attend a depo. Howard Stern had Ryan Starr on this morning and they were talking about Ryan Starr. Apparently, everyone is hooked!

I think that Tamyra or Kelly should win. RJ is horrible, Christina does sound like a cross between a chipmunk and the lollipop guild LOL! Justin irks me, but that might just be his Chia Pet hair. The guys are boy band cute, but not as talented as the ladies! I guess art really DOES imitate life

Another adict here!! And Becky like you I thought the show was going to be stupid! I also agree with you a 100% about Justin. I did a jig when he was on the 3 possible losers last week!! What are these girls looking at?? He's not that great!! I am voting Kelly all the way!! She is amazing!! There is NOTHING that girl can't sing!

YES--can't get enough of it --my final 3 are kelly, justin and tamyra---can't wait to see who wins and i was also hooked on pop stars-eden's crush!!!

i am SO glad I never watched! The last thing I need is another commitment! I almost lost my job because of my addiction to the first Survivor!
