Is anyone else nervous about being the center of attention?
I was wondering if anyone else is or was nervous to do the typical wedding things...such as walking down the isle, first dance, and entrance into the reception? Believe me...I can't wait to walk down the isle, but I am so nervous for all eyes to be on me & FI for these things.
What did you guys do or are you doing to get over this nervousness?

I'm TOTALLY nervous! I'm not one that likes being the center of attention anyway. I turn red at the drop of a hat. I'm just not worrying about it until those doors open, and I'm walking down the aisle.

I don't think I am really nervous (not yet at least) about the actually walking down the aisle - I'm sure that will change! Regarding being the center of attention - I was just talking about this with someone. We have a LOT of family flying here from out of state and quite a few from out of country!!! I just think it is very humbling that people are spending sooo much money to travel and come from so far to honor you and your FH on your wedding day.

i had to drag my husband to the door for our entrance lol he was pertified. i dont like being the center of attention either but it actually felt good

I absolutely hate several people looking at me ....I am so nevous....I thought I was the only one...now I feel a little better that I am not alone

I think it will be fun too! It will be MY and FH's special day ....one of the biggest days in our lives. I like the idea of all the fuss now, but I might get nervous much closer.

I was just thinking about this the other day....my FH loves to be the center of the attention but me...I get REALLY nervous! I think that I will have to do some deep breathing before walking down the aisle LOL

I blush very easily! I am not sure if in this cas I will blush, but I am worried that I will have a smile PLASTERED on my face walking down the aisle!

Me!! I definitely do not like being the center of attention! I'm most nervous about the ceremony and the first dance. Hopefully my excitement will win out over my nervousness that day! My FH, on the other hand, is a complete and utter HAM!!! He absolutely loves attention! (He already said that he wants to give me a huge passionate kiss at the ceremony and that he can't wait for our 1st dance.)

I only blush when I think everyone is looking at me. I'm totally screwed.

I was sooooo nervous!!!! I had a glass of wine before!! Everything was better after that.
