I look at it from time to time (we registered for a few items for our E-Party) but we need to add more for the shower. I'm sure I'll look frequently in the months leading up to the shower.

yes. I look at it often and revise, add, delete, and think 'holy crap, I cant believe people may actually buy this stuff!'

ummm YES! haha I check it i'd say once a week- adding/removing items ...if I see something I like on one of my friends' registries then I'll add it to mine hehe
