I'm at work, and I just threw up
Worst feeling in the world, and I can't go home b/c we have a ghost staff today

i've been sick since last thursday! today is my first day back! what a waste to have all that time off and not be able to enjoy it

My goodness! they shouldn't make you stay...they should call someone else to come in! Thats horrible Liz! Feel better!

Thanks. I just threw up AGAIN
I feel awful. My supervisor and boss are both out. Boss had a day off, and supervisor is SICK also. She stayed at work sick yesterday, and called in today. She actually sounds worse than me
So there's only ME left to take care of our clients. Maybe I'll leave an hour early

LIZ actually i woke up w/a pounding headache and i feel like i am gonna throw up.I have piles of work and ALLSTSATE is soooooooooo busy today,i hope i make the day Have a nice cup of tea hope you feel better

Ugh thanks allure. I tried the tea, but guess what? I threw that up too, believe it or not. Peppermint tea ALWAYS makes my stomach settle, but not today.

I think there is something about peppermint that settles an upset stomach. Whenever I am like that I have peppermint tea or i'll put an altoid in my mouth and it helps.

Maybe try that, s u c k on an altoid.

DEFINATLY try and eat some dry cheerios or crackers. Dry cheerios usually work best for me.

Even if you know you'll throw it up, you have to have something in your body. Also drink Gatoraide. You may be losing enzymes and nutrients and the gatoraide will put it back in your system

OMG, please feel better!!!! Maybe try some Ginger Ale, that always helps me. There is no way to leave even earlier???

omg-feel better--that is the worst feeling in the world-that same nasty virus has been circulating in my family for the past two weeks-i am so scared to catch it---one word -- LYSOL lol feel better hon and try to leave early-i give you a lot credit for staying as long as you have!

Sorry you're sick Liz...feel better. I just came back to work today from having that bug! I was throwing up for 3 days straight! It s u c k s!! I still don't feel great! I was getting nervous...my DH was asking of I might have a bun in the oven!! I think it's just a bug though...
