Is anyone else sickened by.........

that terrible accident on the Meadowbrook from the other night??

I dont know if this was posted after the accident bc Ive been away since Thurs and Im back now. We heard about it while we were away and I just saw photos from Newsday.com and Im HORRIFIED!!! Those poor people. That poor bride and groom will never be able to look at their wedding photos bc that poor little girl will be in them smiling.... it makes me sick to my stomach. So instead of going on their homeymoon, they are waking the death of their 7 yr old neice. Its AWFUL!!
I have ZERO tolerance for drinking and driving and I just hope this a$$hole gets what he deserves

I know it's so terrible, I saw the mother on TV this morning, what she was saying about all that was left of her daughter was her head, was horrible.

Can you imagine how drunk this person must have really been to be driving on the wrong side of the parkway????!!! Wasn't he w/ people when he left wherever he was that this person got into a car like that...its disgusting.

I dont get why the drunk drivers always survive...............there was another accident in Franklyn Square i think it was another drunk driver, and of course the drunk driver walked away w/ a few bruises..it's unreal

I know, it is devasting!!! I keep thinking about it!!!!

Same here..I couldn't look at the pictures-I can't even believe the pictures-it just looks so bad.
I feel sooo bad

me too - I feel so bad for the entire family. What a tragedy.

This story makes me soooo sad . Why do these things keep happening? If you have been drinking what is the big deal to just call someone sober for a ride! I just dont get it!

I heard that too, watching late night. I was totally sickened and I hope this guy survives so he can have the rest of his life to live with what he's done.

It mad me feel so sad. I feel so bad for the family.

I know it is a terrible thing and I know what the family is going through cuz my friend goes through the same thing a few years back she got married in september and she lost her grandfather her aunt and her cousin. There was debris o nthe road from a truck that had flipped over and her cousin was driving and he went to pull the car over cuz he had gotten a flat well a guy driving an SUV wasn't paying attention and was looking for his cell phone and crashed right into them he was knockout for a while when he came too he seen the car and didn't know what had happend the police thought he had been drinking but he wasn't he losthis sister his mother and his grandfather his girlfriend was in a coma. Instead of going on a honeymoon they had a triple wake for the three and they will always look back on the wedding as a bad day especially with the cousin being in the wedding and loosing the other two family members.

It is such a horrible tragedy to loose someone like that especially to a drunk driver and it is a shame thatmost of the time the drunk driver walks out of the accident without really anyhting wrong with them and your suffering cuz you losta family member or a friend.

My prayers are with the family along with my deepest sympathy
