I can't keep my eyes open. I slept 16 hours last night. All I want to do is crawl back into bed!

i have been like that too. i think its has a lot to do with the weather getting colder. i went to sleep at 10 last night, and didn't get up till 11:30 today. i could have slept longer, but i need to go the mall.

yeah ever since my daughter went back to school i cant get enough sleep i work until 1 am and go to sleep @3am or 4 and get up @ 7:30 to get her ready

I do, but I also just got out of work, and I teach four mommy & me classes in a row, and I jump around like a lunatic when I'm with the two year old class. So that could be why I'm tired!

i slept late today - all the way until 9am!! wooohooo thats late for me
sometimes when you sleep for long amounts of time, you end up feeling even more tired

I've been the same way!! I thought it was only me...I seriosuly think it has to do with the changing over of the weather. I just can't catch up!!

Do you take calcium w/iron? I feel that helps me. I'm glad you got a good night sleep. I only got 4 hours. I will make up for it tonight.

Wow 16hrs! thats a lot of sleep...I got 6hrs and felt like I was going to faint at work
