Is anyone else starting to feel like they want to jump off a bridge??
I am so on top of everything and I do not even have that much left to do but my mind is constantly worrying about little details and I feel like it is starting to consume me. I have a little more than 3 months left and I am nervous that I will be a complete wreck when it is really close.
Any advice on how not to worry or calm yourself down?
Pleasee tell me someone else feels like this and I am not psychotic?

You need to step away from wedding planning. I think you are letting it consume your every day actions. If you are or arent on top of every thing it is still coming and everything will work out.
Just Breathe and Relax

i wish that i had better advice but I think you need a day off!!!
call in sick one day at work and stay home and do nothing. It may sound like it wont work but I'm telling you---staying home one day midweek without doing anything for the wedding may be what you need. sleep in. eat. drink tea. lay on the couch.
we all get frazzled and going to work while planning a wedding is HARD and stressful. and when the weekend comes it feels like you have even more to do.
give yourself a day and see how you feel...your body may be telling you that you just need a day to catch up. stay calm! everything will work out!

I'm not quite there yet, but sometimes I do feel like all I think about is the wedding.
Just step away from t for a day or so...go get a massage, go out to dinner wtih friends, go shopping for something that will make you happy...nothing for the wedding.

yesterday was my 2 month mark and for the most part im pretty calm. I dont know im focusing on me and fh and that were getting married and not driving myself crazy with every little detail. I think about it but dont stress it. I am just excited now and cant wait so i stick with that feeling.
Dont stress the small details. Think about your first dance, fh seeing you for the first time, parents dances, moh and best man speech, dancing all night with your guests.

You have a very valid point Kim....whether we stress or not, the wedding is still coming and it's still happening so just enjoy the best you can. Everytime I feel myself getting insane, I take a step back and a deep breath and say 'it will all work out, what doesn' t get done wasn't meant to'

I feel the same way. I cant sleep anymore due to nerves and the fact that my mind is constantly running and running and running!!!!
To calm down i politley asked my mom that I cant stress due to illness - and that we will discuss wedding things and do wedding stuff once every other day. We have a spareroom which is now the wedding room that I dont go in unless were working on things. My mom is my main stresser so she only bugs me every other day or so - its beginning to work - I enjoy the wedding free days!
I dont mind talking about it with you girls, but planning my own throws me off a bridge.
If you do want to jump tho give me a call well hold hands!

I totally feel the same way! Even when I try not to think about things i do....it's just constantly on my mind..people are like you still have 3 months you have to relax...but I just can't sometimes! lol I think a lot of it is excitment. So much fun stuf f is happening soon and I can't wait to do it. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas! lol I guess just try to enjoy it. That's what I am doing. I am trying to enjoy the details and try to prepare for everything I can...have a glass of wine at night! it helps!

I'm actually not freaking out at all...
I was never obsessed with little details so I think that helps. I'm more excited than anything and wish it was closer!
The only thing I am stressing over a little is the invite list because it's getting way out of hand...but we'll see what happens!

I totally feel your pain. I seriously wish I was already married and that the wedding was behind me. I have less than 3 months to go and sooooo much to do. I feel like I am drowning with all the wedding things that need to get done. And worst of all, it's like all 1234823582730 things have to be done NOW!
