Is anyone finding that they are completely indecisive when it comes to their wedding?? (soo frustrated!)

Normally I am such a good decision-maker. I know what I want and I can make quick decisions.

Not now. I am still only working on finding the right planner, I have met with 10 people and though I have a couple candidates in mind I STILL don't know which way to go and I'm not 100% sure of myself AT ALL.

It doesn't help that my parents are divorced and don't speak, live in Canada, my mom wants to be totally involved but may not be putting in any $$ and my dad is giving us a lot of $$ to help out. On top of that I'm soo lucky that I adore my FILs but that means I also want to make sure they are happy with all the decisions.

Arghhhhh. And one final note of frustration: my dad is the one putting forward a ton of $$ but he makes himself totally unavailable for me to run important decisions (like the date and venue) by him. GRRRRRR!

ETA: fixed spelling, sorry!

i think its normal to be a little indecisive with wedding stuff. theres so much build up for this 1 day and we want everything to be perfect so its natural you are going to second guess yourself.

I have changed my mind on different things a ton of times. You are allowed, its your only wedding

don't worry ... take a deep breath and choose things that will make you happy. No matter what you choose, i'm sure your wedding will be wonderful :)

for your wedding planner, i'd choose the person that made you feel the most comfortable. someone who was friendly and understood what you wanted. they all do a wonderful job so don't stress too much about the little things :)

just remember that it's perfectly normal to be indecisive ... we are all in that same boat :)

good luck and happy planning :)

Aww I'm sorry!

Well, the first thing is that you and FH need to decide on a date and venue; I think once you have that narrowed down your parents will come around.
