Far from your reception hall. I'm getting married in Queens but my mom lives in Mount vernon. should get dressed in Doulgaston Manor? Make-up b4 dress so there are no accidents?

Hey Hall Twin. I live 20 minutes from the Douglaston. I am getting dressed at my house in Queens.

We have a 40 minute trip from the hotel to the site. We are getting ready at the hotel (dressed and everything). I think we will be okay and get there in one piece, make up and dresses in tact (fingers crossed).

I live about 45 min or so from my ceremony/reception place, and since I have a morning wedding I am thinking of staying in a nearby hotel to give me more time in the morning.

Thats not to far My parents are in CT and I got married in the Bronx and was in the limo for 1 hour and it was fine.

I'm getting dressed at home. Ceremony is about 30 min away.
