breathing problems??? Doctors say its asthma but my mom says its anxiety.......I cant freakin breath!!!! Doctors put me on inhalers after inhalers but nothings working.
Its really bad
Anybody else having this problem so I can feel some what normal about this?!?!?

If I have something on my mind that is bothering me, I feel like I have a weight on my chest. It also affects my breathing. I know it is anxiety for me. I just try to relax, listen to soft muic and try to clear my head. It usually works for me. I am sure it is just nerves..

Well when are you getting the 'attacks'?
Asthma has triggers like mine are exercise, cold weather and pet hair, sometimes.

I can't breath all day....all day! I cant get over that hump if you know what I mean.

I was having the same problem. Not all the time, but only when really stressed about something. The dr gave me xanax - it's magic. I don't take it every day, only when I'm super-stressed.

good!!! this happened to a friend of mine.. she ended up having a blood clot in her lungs.. side effect of YAZ!!!!!
didn't want to scare you....but if you ever go the pill, don't take YAZ!!!!

Yes!! I have been and it's driving me crazy and I DON'T have any asthma problems. .
one thing I know it can be related to is acid reflux. . do you have that? my friend says she has tightness in her chest and problems breathing from that
also had a sibling who did get that from anxiety . . that was the first thing my doctor asked me but I don't know!!
