my SIL's sister did that! their brother performed the ceremony and it was SOOOOOO nice... he was funny- saying that he never thought he'd ever marry his sister

I know the mayor in our town, he is fh's relative by marriage so he is doing it

We are considering asking my brother in law to perform the ceremony. I am all for it but my FI isn't 100% sure about it. I think it would be better to have someone who cares about us do it then a stranger.
