We're having a small intimate wedding of about 50 people in Southold on the beach.

we're planning on like 60-65 or 75 tops (all of fh's fam is OOT- Alaska, Idaho, etc and most, except his immed fam, wont be coming). I consider that kinda small. And Im SO glad, bc I cant handle HUGE events. I just get overwhelmed, and Im not a fan of the spotlight.

Yes! I am! We had invited 86, 60 responded Yes and then FH invited 16 more! Doubt they'll say yes though...We're going to have about 65 people for a restaurant reception...

That sounds like a good number! Dont you just love when they decide AFTER the RSVP date that they want to invite just a few more?..grrr!!

we had 32 ppl at ours...It was the perfect number for us!!!

We invited 75, only expecting 50 or 55. Which is good. The log cabin chapel we are getting married in only holds 60.

I sometimes wonder if it will look empty with only 50 people, but were trying to keep it small. I think intimate wedding are nice, then you can get around and talk to everyone
