Is anyone having the dinner without the rehersal part?

if so----- what type of wording are you using for the invites----- (or anyone who has a good idea).... i like those rhymes but most talk about the 'rehearsal' part of it which i am not doing. I wanna send out invites (oot, close fam, and wedding party).

yes i think we will have some sort of run through but on the day of (we have the rh all to ourseleves all day and that is where we are getting dressed as well) so it is a unique situation.

it might be a jewish thing---- but all the 'RD' i have been to (all jews) had a dinner the night before and the walk through the day of???? maybe its just me?

I'm doing this too. I'm adding an insert to my invitations for all those invited to the rehearsal dinner, and calling it a welcomer dinner instead. Hope this helps!

Not really...we just did an email. It was just the bridal party...I thought it would be a fun way to spend the night before the wedding and give the bridesmaids a chance to meet the groomsmen since we didnt have an e-party. It was a good time though. Pics are on facebook
