Is anyone hiring a wedding coordinator..
Re: Is anyone hiring a wedding coordinator..
I thought about doing it but decided against it b/c I thought it would be an uneccessary expense. FH and I are doing all the planning with the help of mom and BMs.
Re: Is anyone hiring a wedding coordinator..
We arent having one....we have two years to put together a great wedding. I think I would consider getting one if I had alot less time to plan a wedding....and extra money in our budget.
Re: Is anyone hiring a wedding coordinator..
I don't plan on having one. Like it was said above, I will have plenty of time to do everything myself.
Re: Is anyone hiring a wedding coordinator..
if you have good friends to help or sisters or mother then i wouldnt waste my money on one ....
Re: Is anyone hiring a wedding coordinator..
I think it is a huge waiste of money...wedding planning has gotten to be so rediculous, My friend went for a make up trial and they wanted over $400 dollars, I thought that was crazy....and I hear just a DOC is like $800 dollars, just think thats extra flowers or money for your honeymoon...
Re: Is anyone hiring a wedding coordinator..
friend has one...she hasnt done anything yet. they are getting married july 3rd
Re: Is anyone hiring a wedding coordinator..
I hired a coordinator for full service, from beginning to the end she will be with me. I didn't want just a day of because I wanted to know that this person knew our wedding inside out and if anything went wrong, she could be right on top of it with out worrying us, letting us enjoy our day. It was affordable, one price for beginning to end, I can see her as many times as I want, contact her as much as I want. Most coordinators limit the contact you can have with them.

we weren't going to hire one, but my husband didnt' want me to deal with the 'day of' stuff, so we got a Day of Coordinator. She was OK. It did keep my stress level down, that's forsure!
