is anyone incorporating pets into their.....

bridal party? just curious because i know there are many dog lovers on here. id love to include my pug but i know its possible.

fh and fbil swear that our shih tzu and his bulldog will be at the wedding but its not happening. his bulldog will trample everything.

I am sure that we will do pics with her, but no, she would be a nervous wreck around tons of people and mayhem.

i wanted to but we cant - she wont even be in my pics b/c ill be getting ready at a hotel in LI = very upset about that!

so we are using her pictures as the table numbers at the reception.....we had to do something to incorporate our baby!!

i would love to include my dog and she will be with me in pics taken at my house with the photographer...but she wont be allowed at church sadly

We didn't have our dog in our BP but we wanted to include him in some part of our wedding, so we used him as our table numbers.

We basically had a photo shoot with him in our backyard in his tuxedo. Then we photoshopped the numbers onto the different pictures. Each table had a different picture of Franklin in his tuxedo. They were a BIG hit! So much so that we didn't go home with any of them because all the guests took them home. LOL

what kind of dog do you have?

she's a shelter dog, 1/2 Akita and 1/2 mutt. She is super-protective of the kids so if we have a party she goes insane trying to protect them from everyone.

i went to a friends wedding in the summer and they had their mini-doberman enter with the BP at the RH. A friend walked him in and he had a suit on, it was adorable! then since they live in the neighborhood, hte friend dropped him off home. I wish i could do something like that but thr RH is in brooklyn and I live in queens so thats not gonna happen

But, he wont be walking in the ceremony.

FBIL already told us that Oliver is going to be his RB at his wedding and if FH and I have a son, he can hold Oliver's leash.

OMG hes so cute!!!!!!! i think i'll try to do the table numbers also. i have a femaile pug and FBIL has a huge but firndly 200 lb rotty. i want to dress pug as bride and rotty as groom and take pics
