i want to sleep too!! but thats only cause i have a headache,,, i never get messed up for the time change, i just dont understand why we do it..

I'm messed up from the CA to NY adjustment. I couldn't fall asleep until 4am last night! And then I woke up at 8:30 (but forced myself back to sleep until 10:30).
