We did not have a cake topper. Here's a picture of our cake (FYI: We did not want the real flowers on the side of the cake either, but did not realize they were there until after we sat down for dinner).


bellepoque, your cake is unbelievably beautiful!!! i love it with the flowers.

no cake topper here. not unless i find one that i absolutely adore.

What you can't see from this picture is that Tom from Audrey's Bakery created these beautiful red roses that cascaded down the side. I'm actually looking for that picture right now. His flowers were so gorgeous that I felt that we didn't need anything else.

They also were very YUMMY!

We didn't have one. Although I put a small Kim Anderson figurine on the table with the cake. FI proposed with a Kim Anderson one so I thought it would be cute to put a wedding one on the table.

I think they are very pretty, but we have decided to just do some flowers instead.

i'm not a big fan of hte cake toppers. w/o it seems simple, elegant and modern. the picture below was my wedding cake.

I don't think I would like to have a topper. I really like the way flowers look on the cakes.

I am probably buying a cake topper but I'm putting on the side on the table not on the cake.
