Is anyone not wearing a veil?

I can't believe how much veils cost, and I was thinking of just not wearing one. Is there any else getting married in a church who's thinking of not wearing one?

I didn't wear one, just bc I really didn't liked how i looked or felt with one. i didnt want that thing blowing in my face all day outside and everything. i didn't get married in a church though.

do whatever your comfortable with. theres no rule that you have to wear one.

edit: oops too quick! I also wanted to add, can you borrow one? that was my original plan but my grandma really wanted to buy my veil for me

I'm undecided but really thinking of not wearing one. But ultimately it is up to you. If you are only concerned due to cost, check out Tri-County in Levittown. There is a vendor called Barron's that has really good prices.

I'm wearing it to the ceremony only. There are plenty out there that are not very expensive. Just go for a simple one if you want to have one. But I agree that you don't have to wear one if you don't like it.

My MOH and I wore combs with fresh flowers on them. The flowers coordinated with our bouquets.

Same here! FH was very opposed to my walking down the aisle with a blusher, he thought it would be weird (LOL) even though I assured him it's done allllllll the time
