Just wondering if any of you girls are a personal trainer, or if anyone knows of one.. I just contacted my gym bally's and it seems they want to charge a lot for only 2 times a week 3 month session.. I was thinking only a few hundred dollars but when I heard something like close to 2k I was like WHAT?
I live in Manhattan, and at my local Bally's I was quoted a price close to that. It came out to about $75/session.
I'm CSCS certified, but I don't practice it right now, since I have NO time being an athletic trainer. It depends on the places you go, but normally it can range from $30 to over a $100 a session, but 2k seems alot, but they may add a lot of extras??

For 16 sessions, I think almost 2k is ridiculous..this is why I didnt get one (i also dont need to lose THAT many lbs..)

Yes, I thought it was way too high also.. I think they are smoking some crack over there. lol I just wanted to lose 20 pounds by November. I believe I can do it on my own. I used to workout 6 days this was a few years ago..I am just going to do this on my own.. I really don't want to spend the money on someone else teaching me what I already know.. I just needed some motivation to get there.. but I'm going to just do it alone.. thanks anyway.
