Is anyone.. or did anyone.. have a really long Wedding day?
I have the longest day ever. All my girls are coming over at 8am..pictures start at 12.. ceremony 3... reception hall 6..
i feel like by the time the first dance happens ill be ready to keel over.. will adrenaline get me threw? please, someone, anyone reassure me that this will be ok..
that Ill be so love drunk nothing else will matter...not my aching feet, not the long day, not my creased makeup..
sigh.... can u tell im struggling with this schedule..

Mine will be long too. My ceremony starts at 3 also, but my cocktail is at 730! I wasn't too happy about this....

I'm still trying to figure out my timeline. MUA comes around 11:30 but wants my hair to be done so my hairdresser might have to come as early as 8. (I have a total of 8 girls getting their hair and makeup done) My ceremony starts at 3 and reception starts at 6. I'm exhausted now just thinking about it.

I was up at 3:00 AM. My hair person was at my mom's house at 5:30 AM. I was up a full 24 hours and passed out. I feel asleep with all my make up and my hair still done. I did not have the energy at the end of the night to do anything.

i got to my venue at noon and my wedding didn't end until 1:15AM. we got to sleep at 3AM, and had to be up at 8AM for the brunch we were hosting the next morning. needless to say, i slept the entire HM flight!

My hair lady is coming at 9
pics at 1
Ceremony at RH at 6 pm
so yes, I am a little worried but Im hoping I will be so happy I wont notice!
I dont plan on drinking any alcohol until the reception

im going to have a similar schedule. waking up at 7am, girls coming at 8-9ish, pictures at 12, ceremony at 5, reception at 7, reception doesnt end till 1am
i feel like, it's your wedding! i've done that long of a day just for a friend's birthday or something - you'll find the energy - just make sure you rest in the next few weeks before your wedding!

Mne was long! Girls came to the hotel @ 8 AM...the ceremony wasn't until 6:00. It actually goes by very very fast! So much is going on and so many people are around you. You wont even notice it! But...you will feel it the next day!

Not that Im happy so many of us will be so tired but it is nice to hear I am not alone in this predicament. Just the thought of it all makes me exhausted!! Hopefully we will all be flying by on happiness that the time wont be noticed--I hope, i hope i hope LOL I really thought I was the only one with the longest day everrrrrr.... lol

I have an extremey long day too... At least from what i am assuming as of rigt now...
Hair and MUA will have to be at my house by 8, Limo pick up at 1 pics from 2-330 ceremony at 5 ch 530 Party will end at 1130...

Mine is very long too.
Hair and MU at 7.00am Ceremony at 2.00pm CH at 5.00pm After Party ends at 4.00am.
So if i last the whole thing it will be a total of 21 hours

I'm about the same. 3pm ceremony and 7:00pm CH. Would have like a little shorter gap but hey, nothing can be done so that's how it is. We'll be taking our pictures in between the church and CH and hopefully have them all done before the CH starts.

not sure yet w hair and makeup but im assuming it will be somewhere around 8 or 9
church at 5 reception at 630-1230 afterparty at RH 1230-230am then up again around 8 for brunch
i will be passsssed out

We had almost the same schedule except girls arrived @ 9...church @3:30, CH @ 7, extra hour to 1am.
Don't stress about it!!! Get sleep the week leading up to your wedding and then let adrenaline do its thing! I didn't feel tired at all until about 1:30 when I was about to collapse!
one major tip - DRINK WATER!!! I didnt drink enough and that is the one thing I wish I could have changed!

My day was LONGGG .. Woke up at 7am and ceremony was at 6pm! Party went until 1am .. I never got tired! Youre so excited and the day moves so quickly .. You'll be fine!

I think everyone does! The excitement pretty much keeps you going but I can tell in some pics I looked exhausted!!
I was up at 6:00am my wedding ended at 1:30am... by the time I actually left the hall is was closer to 2:30am I was up at the hotel until about 4:30am
Sooo yea it was long but that's what the HM is for.. RELAXINGGGGGG

I was up at 7am. Hair and makeup started at 9, church was 3:30, and CH started at 7:30. The party went until 12:30 and then we had an after party until 4am.
The adrenaline really does keep you going all day. It's amazing that I made it through the after party, but I had such a great time. However I did pass out almost immediately when DH and I got to our hotel room

you'll be fine... mine was wayyyy longer than what you're planning! all the girls came at 8 am, pictures started at 3:30 pm, ceremony at 6:30 pm, ch/reception right after
